The annual meeting for 2025 is scheduled for November 13, 2025 at 6:00 PM CST at the Colleyville Center.

This year there are two positions up for vote.

To ensure we reach voting quorum, we have provided an absentee ballot to vote if you will not be able to attend the meeting.

The next meeting of the Association is scheduled for April 14, 2025 at 6:30 PM.

This meeting will be held at the Kroger Marketplace- Upstairs Offices.

Please enter on the Starbucks side of the store and on the other side of the floral department, you will see the steps and head on up and hang a left when you reach the top.

There is an elevator that can be accessed. For elevator access, please come in through the Starbucks side and turn left going towards the deli area. Once on the second floor, please walk straight ahead to the offices.
